Your baby’s BIRTHDay is around the corner and whether it’s your first or eleventh as a parent, it’s important to treat yourself to some self-care!
Here are some of our favorite self-care activities:
1. Relax in a hot bath with a bath bomb or take a hot shower with a shower steamer – we love adding essential oils to our baths & showers
2. Book a massage or stop by for a chiro appointment
3. Get a mani/pedi
4. Write in a journal
5. Take a nap
6. Spend the day with your good friends
7. Get a facial
8. Sleep in
9. Go for a walk or go on a drive
10. Do absolutely nothing!
Remember, being a parent is the toughest, but most rewarding job on the planet and you deserve to take some time for yourself!
