Ingredients
• 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
• 1 cup Frozen Kale
• 1 cup Frozen Spinach
• 1 Banana
• 2 cups Coconut Water
• 2 Tbsp Coconut Butter
• 2 tablespoons of Collagen powder or protein powder of choice (OPTIONAL)
