Why did we choose these ingredients. Great question! Here is the breakdown:
Greek Yogurt
- Excellent source of protein
- Supports gut health with probiotics
- Rich in calcium for healthy bones
Mixed Berries
- Packed with antioxidants
- High in fiber and vitamin C
- Help combat oxidative stress
Collagen Peptides
- Adds an extra boost of protein
- Supports healthy skin, joints, ligaments, and connective tissue
- Note, collagen easily dissolves without changing the flavor
Nuts, Chia & Flax
- Healthy fats that support brain and heart health
- Fiber to promote healthy digestion
- Omega-3 fatty acids to help support a balanced inflammatory response
- Since I have a nut allergy, we opt for chia and flax seeds for healthy fats.
