4 chicken breasts – skinned and cubed

1 cup sour cream (we use Daisy full fat)
1⁄4 purple onion
1⁄2 cup chicken broth
1 cup of bone broth protein (used as a thickening agent)
1 clove of chopped garlic
1⁄2 tablespoon of sea salt
1⁄2 stick of butter
1⁄2 teaspoon of paprika
1⁄4 teaspoon of chili powder
Shredded Parmesan cheese – as desiredPrep Time- 15 minutes

Cook Time- 2.5 hours

Total Time- 2 hrs and 45 minutes



Sautee onions using butter and sea salt for 2 minutes and set aside.
Using a small slice of butter – lightly season cubed chicken paprika and chili powder.
In a pan – lightly sauté chicken chicken for 2 minutes and set aside.
Mix chicken broth, sour cream, and bone broth protein into a mixing bowl and place in crock pot. Add onions and chicken to crockpot.
Season to taste.
Garnish –with Parmesan cheese
