Ingredients

• 2 cups Cubed Butternut Squash

• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger

• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Add all above ingredients to a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined and all butternut squash iscovered.
  • Spread butternut squash out onto a cookie sheet or sheet pan.
  • Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until squash is soft.
  • Remove from oven and enjoy cold or hot!
