• One large mason jar or glass dish with lid
  • 1 cup of GF rolled oats (or regular oats)
  • ¼ cup ground Flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups of Milk (we used vanilla coconut milk, but you can use any milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup of diced strawberries 
  • 1/4 cup of raisins
  • 1/2 of a banana sliced

Prep Time- 5 minutes

Cook Time- Overnight

Total Time- 24 hrs or less


  • In mason jar start by adding the dry ingredients one at a time starting with oats
  • Then add liquid to the jar then the fruit of choice 
  • Put on lid and shake it up till everything is combined
  • Place in fridge overnight or for at least 4 hrs before eating
  • To eat you can either eat cold or warm up.  We prefer to eat it cold


The best part about this recipe is you can add anything.  We add yogurt, peanut butter, almond butter, protein powder, probiotics, etc to make it what we want for that day.
