Sesame Beef Tacos & Pickled Radishes
Ingredients
3 fresh radishes – sliced into thin pieces
1 lime
½ cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
½ cup white wine vinegar
¼ chili flakes
1 pound ground beef
½ cup sesame oil
½ cup fresh cilantro
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded red cabbage
2 tablespoons garlic powder
Flour tortillas
Salt & pepper to taste
Prep Time : 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Directions
• In a medium bowl, combine radish slices, sugar, & vinegar. Then add a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside • Add chili flakes to sour cream – add salt & pepper to taste. Mix well then place in fridge. • In large skillet – warm with drizzle of olive oil, scallions, and cabbage over medium-high heat. • Add salt and pepper and stir for up to 4 minutes. • Add beef, powder, & sesame oil. Be sure to break meat up to allow it to cook thoroughly. • Warm tortillas • Remove sour cream from fridge. • Create your tacos by adding all the ingredients from above!
