Dr. James’ post workout collagen green smoothie
• 1 cup hemp seeds
• ½ avocado
• 1 cup of ice
• 2 handfuls of spinach
• 1 green apple
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 2 scoops collagen peptide powder
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: 2 minutes
• Using a food processor, blend all ingredients
Note: This is Dr. James’ go to post workout smoothie. It is great for the joints and anti-inflammatory. In our warm California weather, it is easy to digest and feels refreshing.
