Breakfast Meatloaf


7 eggs
1 pound ground turkey
1 pound sweet Italian sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1⁄2 diced onion
1 tablespoon tarragon
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Mediterranean sea salt1⁄4 cup heavy cream
1⁄4 stick butter
1/3 cup coconut flour

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 60minutes
Total time: 70 minutes


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease loaf pan with butter
In large bowl, beat eggs
Add heavy cream, sea salt, and flour and continue to mix then set aside Sautee onions and scallions using butter and tarragon and set aside Season meat with black pepper and add sauteed onions and scallions. Add cheddar cheese

Add these ingredients to egg mixture and mix thoroughly until meat has absorbed the egg mixture Add mixture to loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
