– ½ cup dried dill weed
– ½ cup fresh dill weed
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 1 medium sized avocado
– 1 teaspoon of sea salt
– 1 teaspoon of black pepper
– ½ cup olive oil
– ¼ cup of fresh parsley
– pinch of gluten free all purpose flour
– ¼ cup of heavy cream

Prep time: 5 minutes
Fridge Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

– Place all ingredients (except for fresh dill weed) in a blender until smooth.
– Place in mason jar and cover with lid
– Refrigerate for 30 minutes
– Add fresh dill when you are ready to serve
